Velo Camp is located in Gościniec pod Dębem. It is a perfect place for active recreation in the bosom of nature. Velo Camp is in direct contact with Lake Dadaj and forests. We sincerely invite you to the border of Warmia and Mazury to the town of Wilimy (40 km from Mrągowo, 50 km from Olsztyn).

Wilimy are situated on one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in the Olsztynskie Lake District - Lake Dadaj. We are favored by: a large area (10 ha) and a long shoreline of Lake Dadaj with a sandy and grassy beach.

We offer at the disposal of organized groups and larger families in Velo Camp:

a large beach with a pier, piers and hammocks at Lake Dadaj,
volleyball / badminton court, basketball court,
a mini-club for children with toys and games, an outdoor playground for children, a mini-zoo - 40 sheep,
exercise room with mats and balls - perfect for yoga, pilates or stretching, public library.
a large, spacious conference room with a fireplace, sound system and multimedia equipment - the room is used both for training meetings and evening banquets,
a barbecue and bonfire shelter under a roof and a barbecue and bonfire place on the beach by the lake,
outside, covered patio with a terrace next to the restaurant, in the garden - perfect for lunch or dinner in the open air
water equipment rental - including scooters, motorboats, banana for extreme ride on the lake,
electric bike rental (e-bike) - possibility of organizing a guided bicycle trip, e.g. around Dadaj Lake,
billiards, table football, table tennis,
the possibility of organizing a sailing school on Lake Dadaj,
the possibility of organizing a canoeing trip on the Dadaj River (start from the beach of the resort) or the Pisa Warmia River,
classic massage treatments - we have a new, professional SPA room,
yoga, pilates or stretching classes - we have a special room for exercises with mats and balls, we also organize such classes on the beach on the lake shore,
walking tours - the possibility of organizing a guided walk

Velo Camp gastronomy:

we prepare gala dinners, served to the table in a special setting, as well as lunch and dinner buffets,
our cuisine is distinguished by the richness of fish dishes and excellent home-made dumplings,
we organize barbecue and bonfire dinners and shanty evenings,
we have a wide selection of regional products,
we have the "Culinary Heritage of Warmia, Masuria and Powiśle" certificate.

We recommend the area

numerous walking and bicycle paths by Lake Dadaj and in the surrounding forests,
a sailing school in the neighboring center,
a large special fishery (2 km from the Gościniec),
the possibility of canoeing down the Dadaj and Pisa Warmińska rivers,
climatic Warmian cities in the cittaslow style with medieval origins - Barczewo, Biskupiec (with the largest collection of cameras in Poland), Jeziorany, the sanctuary in Święta Lipka.

After booking, you will agree on the arrival time and other matters directly related to your stay, additional requests and amenities.

Reservation and payment

After booking, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary booking information and a link to confirm the booking. After confirming the reservation in the link provided, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation within 12 hours with the bank account number for payment. Successful payment of the fee is a confirmation of the booking. If the reservation fee is not paid within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining 70% of the booking value will be paid by the Guest or the Client upon arrival and check-in at the facility, including the possibility of using the Polish Tourist Voucher.

We allow the possibility of changing the booking date, no later than 30 days before the planned date of booking.

Withdrawal from the rule due to COVID-19: In the event of a disease (confirmed by an appropriate document) or a stay in quarantine (confirmed by an appropriate document), it is possible to change the date of stay to another convenient and available in the same price range at any time prior to the booking, taking into account free terms. Arrival and departure times

The day is valid from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. On the day of check-out, from 11.00 to 16.00, the chalets and caravans are cleaned, which means that no accommodation is possible during this time. Check-in possible until 19.00. Check-out is possible from 9.00 am.

On the day of starting the reservation / arrival, a deposit of 500 PLN will be collected from the Client or Guest, payable in cash at the reception desk. The deposit is returned on the day of completing the reservation / stay, provided that the holiday home or caravan is returned in the same condition on the day the reservation / arrival begins.

We accept pets

We accept dogs as long as they do not sleep on sofas and / or beds. A one-time fee for the stay of one dog is PLN 120 and is payable upon arrival at the reception desk.

Electric bikes (e-bikes), water bikes, jet ski

If you choose additional services when booking, such as renting electric bikes (e-bikes), pedal boats or water scooters, the Customer or Guest sets the date of renting additional services during the stay at the holiday cottage or caravan at the time of check-in at the reception.
